The hotel offers well-equipped kitchen facilities, making meal preparation a breeze, and the layout of the spacious rooms with modern designs provides a comfortable living experience. There's also a supermarket conveniently located next door for any essentials you might need during your stay.
Check-in can be a frustrating affair. I found myself waiting long after the 3 PM start time while others were processed ahead of me, and my room was not the panoramic one I’d specifically booked. Connectivity is another hiccup. WiFi was patchy and stopped working entirely after just two days, which really dampened my plans for work. Plus, the laundry situation is less than ideal, with one washer and dryer for a large number of rooms. Heating was also a problem, with no individual control, leading to some restless nights due to the room being uncomfortably warm. The breakfast options felt like a letdown, appearing low-quality and lacking in variety, not worth prepaying for, in my opinion.

The kitchenette was well-equipped, featuring a dishwasher and a decent selection of appliances, making meal preparation easy.
The reception staff exhibited inconsistency. while some were willing to assist, others were unfriendly and unhelpful, which detracted from our overall experience.

My journey from doubt to delight
The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The small kitchenette was equipped with all necessary appliances, making self-catering enjoyable.
The check-in process was quite slow and frustrating,, and the room's heating system was difficult to control, leading to discomfort at night.

Recommend it for families seeking comfort
The room was spacious and clean, truly a breath of fresh air in these strange times. We appreciated the kitchenette too—having a fridge and microwave meant we could enjoy some meals without paying for the overpriced hotel food.
It wasn’t cheap, but it was still okay considering the overall comfort and amenities.

The one-bedroom apartment had a well-equipped kitchenette with a microwave, stovetop, and a dishwasher. There was a spacious dining table and a comfortable sofa. The air conditioning kept the room cool, and the flat-screen TV was great for relaxing. The supermarket next door was super convenient for snacks and meals. The tram stop right outside made getting around a breeze.

Quiet rooms made for restful nights. Clean space with a comfortable bed and modern decor. The kitchenette offered all the essentials, including a fridge and a hotplate, which allowed us to prepare some meals. Easy access to public transport. the tram stop is right outside, making it super convenient for getting around the city. A nearby supermarket was perfect for stocking up on supplies. Unfortunately, there were a few letdowns. Check-in took longer than expected, and I didn’t receive the panoramic room I had booked. WiFi was intermittently slow, which made it hard to stay connected. the heating system seemed to run on the high side, leaving the room uncomfortably warm without much control. A small laundry room struggled to accommodate the number of guests, with limited machines available. Breakfast options didn’t impress either. the quality felt lacking for the price.
